A Message from our Founder
"I've been a fighter all of my life; on the street, in the ring, and in business. I believe that the disciplines I learned in boxing helped me make positive decisions in my life. It kept me on the straight-and-narrow and gave me confidence to do what I believe is right and not to follow the crowd.
The hope and purpose for Palooka's Boxing Club is to create a positive environment for Halifax's youth to develop disciplines, focus and self-confidence through physical activity. It will also be an opportunity to introduce positive role models in the lives of those most needing.
